It’s rare to see a transition only park these days, but London’s Medway bowl is exactly that. This is one of many incredible parks in the London area, and is highly worth a trip. This park consists of a large bowl, featuring a smaller shallow end with spine and hip extension, along with a deeper end for fast, flowing lines. This park is a stop on the Day-Sessions: London Loop

Located in Medway Park beside Medway Arena, there are two parking lots available. A smaller lot located immediately beside the park off of Sherwood Forest Square, and a second large lot by the aquatic centre off of Wonderland Rd.
