Taking the title as the Canadian park with the best view, Canmore’s skate park offers a fun balance of transition and plaza, backed up with stunning views of the mountains approaching Banff. With a clover bowl at one end of the park, and plaza at the other, there’s something in this park for everyone. If you’re rolling through the area on the way to Banff or Jasper National parks, or heading towards Calgary this is a great stop for a quick session.
Located off of Trans Canada Hwy / Hwy 1 next to the Canmore Recreation Centre on 8 Avenue, there is parking located beside the recreation centre. Bathrooms are available during business hours.
