Type: Concrete

Parking: Yes

Park Lights: No

Truro's concrete park offers a layout that mixes plaza with transition. One end of the park is based around a half bowl with large street spine and hips, transitioning into more plaza based flat bank boxes and pyramids, mixed with ledges and rails. There are a couple fun transfers in this one, offering something for everyone. If you’re on the Trans Canada Highway crossing Nova Scotia to either Cape Breton or south to Halifax, this park can be a great option to stop, stretch the legs and roll around.

Located in Truro’s downtown beside the rail lines, the park can be accessed via Young St. The skate park can be a little tricky to find, as it’s not visible from the road. Turn into the parking lot between the railway line and Brunswick St and drive around past the buildings. At the far edge of the parking lot you will see the skate park.
