Madoc’s Centre Hastings Park is prime example of the smaller communities doing it right and building incredible parks. This large concrete park offers a solid mixture of both plaza and transition. From the numerous banks and ledges, to the 4ft deep half bowl, this park is perfect for the tech lines, or a good chill session. The park offers equipment rentals, a snack kiosk and something that all other parks in the world need… A stand-alone ice cream shop, which is open in the warmer summer months. This is one of those parks that you can session for a whole day and never need to leave.
Located in Madoc’s Centre Hastings Park off of Highway 62 and Seymour St. West. There’s a large parking lot off of Seymour St next to the snack kiosk and equipment rentals. There are bathrooms available in the kiosk building.
